Neverak

Neverak was a legend in the mid to late 20th century, a bounty hunter along with his partner Egonneck. His most famous case was an epic hunt (though ultimately unsuccessful) for Oojok. As the galaxy become more developed Neverak tired of his old life and headed off into deep space for new adventures.

Decades later Egonneck found him a prisoner of insipid shark monsters. Neverak decided it was time to return to local space and eventually he reformed his partnership with Egonneck. Though still officially bounty hunters they are secretly working for NS.

Egonneck is a bit of a guru who usually spends his time in meditation at a Shaolin Temple usually or sometimes at Starbucks.

In earlier days his run-in with Oojok was when the future master criminal and Emperor first came to attention.

Having finally located his best friend Neverak he has been hired by NS to track Mutre Bee agents.

Jerunda

Jerunda was a housemate in Dino Big Brother. Later on he turned up as a merchant on a distant planet in the territory of the Garmii.

He was dragged into helping Windy and SFX escape the Garmii and later on was left on a space port in free space near the Tarbot border.

Constantino

Constantino is the captain of a small freighter that plies its trade between the Raegris and Dino space. He is a friend of Ronald and also does a little intelligence gathering on the side.

According to Ronald he couldn't sing! He was a former comrade of Ronald in his early military career.

He was killed by the Utrek after uncovering a plot.

Dick Nose

Dick Nose was Megara's long suffering assistant though in reality he was Megara's bitch. Latterly he was undercover in the DDS working for a future being.

When 74Solar thwarted and killed Megara's plans to change the future he saved Dick Nose's life and later returned him to 2113 where he was happy to continue his life working in the DDS Catering Service (burning chips).

Megara

Megara is infamous for one of humanity's greatest crimes when he switched the target DNA code during a DDS biogenic attack on the Rectoid homeworld, his actions resulted in billions of deaths. Not that that really bothered him so much.

Megara started life in the HCS as an agent in the secret service though later fell foul of the changes in the Clone Star Empire. Twice he has been killed along with his reluctant assistant Dick Nose but he has been restored from alternate realities by unknown factions.

Latterly he was an agent of a being from the future and is using the cover of being in the DDS. It was later discovered that his patron was a future Megara from an alternate reality who wanted to change history. Both Megaras were killed by 74Solar.

Alex Vonason

Vonason was a renegade scientist who was supplying information to the Bolitic (though the state of his involvement with them is unknown), however the agent Felason killed him before he could be recaptured by the Dinos.

Tolen was a Dino who defected to the Bolitic, he bought up his children under the brutal harsh regime he assumed Bolitic fathers used with their offspring (though as Joshi noted Bolitic children actually have a very gentle and loving unbringing though infidels assume the opposite - thus Tolen's children suffered for no reason).

Joshi and Dodek killed Tolen under orders of the Emperor.

David Rosenbaum is a "renegade historian and archaeologist" who has specialised in hunting for remains of the ancient Acheron civilisation with his assistant Re'Vent.

He found an Acheron tell and appears to have been possessed by an Acheron spirit. He was left badly injured (perhaps even officially dead) by a DDS attack but appears to be kept alive by the Acheron spirit.
