Oberon

Oberon was a minor DDS officer who joined near the end of the Clone Wars. For many years he served in obscurity.

However, under MBO-NS he has finally gained promotion and was made the new head of the RRF.

Oeirkan

Oeirkan was a communications specialist with the 6th Legion. In recent years he had been on the command track and received promotion to centurion.

In 2112 he was chosen to join Ronald's 2113 expedition into uncharted space. As third in command (he was promoted to Tribune at the start of the mission) he played a key role in the mission and afterwards was rewarded by promotion to Legate and was made the new head of the 6th Legion.

However, in 2122 he was revealed to have betrayed the Dinos for Terrasaur coin decades before and killed his co-conspirator. He was arrested and stripped of all military rank and rights. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Okenzy Eland

Okenzy found to his cost that MBH has unusual tastes, when asking for a favour to go home early to his sick wife the price he paid to The Chosen One was to have to receive a caning!

Later he became the Dino military attache at the Dino embassy on Cloneworld.

Onenil

Onenil was the commander of DM205 when it encountered a Tarbot patrol (2491).

"Orange Dart"

On the death of Red Pheonix he has taken over the organisation and runs SS-CINT operations.

"Orange Rooster"

Orange Rooster was part of Red Pheonix's secret SS-CINT sub-group. She poses as Solax's sister to accompany Krusty on a mission and try and kill him. Krusty shot her but not before she killed the former agent Pink Ray.

Oil Stop Boss

Oil Stop Boss is a senior figure on Starbot for a long time responsible for logistics, supply and energy. Although traditionally not one of the "Big 3" without him everything would literally have come to a stop.

Under the new K-2 regime he became the Interior Minister, the third most important post in Starbot's government and has kept his new role under S101.
