Nigerian Witchdoctor was an early DDS hero, a good solid warrior though he always wore a mask and had an element of mystery. When the DDS was nearly totally destroyed after the defeat of Total Triumph he took over as DDS Commander for a short period.

He left the DDS not long after and soon re-emerged leading an effort to forge an empire in his beloved Africa. However, this collapsed and he ended up back to living with his Mum in London.

He returned to NS in the mid-2110s, first to head an investigation into Torus, also accompanying Windscorpion on a mission. He was made head of the NS Politburo.

He left NS to join Windy's faction.

Neverak

Neverak was a legend in the mid to late 20th century, a bounty hunter along with his partner Egonneck. His most famous case was an epic hunt (though ultimately unsuccessful) for Oojok. As the galaxy become more developed Neverak tired of his old life and headed off into deep space for new adventures.

Decades later Egonneck found him a prisoner of insipid shark monsters. Neverak decided it was time to return to local space and eventually he reformed his partnership with Egonneck. Though still officially bounty hunters they are secretly working for NS.

Neerka

Neerka is a Dino who works for the DDS Secret Service. On a mission with SFX he showed spirit which persuaded SFX not to give the lizard boy a good kicking.

Later he was head of NS Secret Service office on Dino-Land.

Nanae

Nanae was a traitor to his own kind who spied for the Dinos until he was uncovered. He then lived out his life in exile in the Vosun-Voth Star Empire. However when that was invaded by the Bolitic the Dinos were forced to rescue him. His new hiding place is unknown.

Nigel

Nigel married SS-Centurion Gagai at SS GHQ but then found there was an obscure claus in his marriage contract that said SS-Commander Balgason could have first go on him! He is the son of an important and rich businessman.

Hemat was a member of the DDS Secret Service, he served under cover on Dino-Land using the identity of an SS soldier called Niagra.

Later on he was serving on New Vosun when he was killed in a terrorist explosion.

Noman

Noman, one of Baron Senlen's men, was tasked to help Windy track down the New Cross. He died when his war zeppelin caught fire.
