Malanson

Malanson is a 6th Legion member and thus part of the Dino old guard. As a Legionary he fought alongside Ronald (though was known as Horny).
In later years he has risen through the ranks and is now considered a potential future Senator (and maybe beyond) for Ronald's Imperial Order party. Although he came a poor third in the 2112 Consul election he has been made deputy leader of Imperial Order and was made a junior minister.
In the light of Terence's disgrace Malanson was been made temporary Minister of Science & Technology. Later he was promoted to Senator and made Minister of Defence.
MBH

The most dangerous threat to the Dinos and Ronald's rule over the last 10 years hasn't been another foreign power it has been the son of his best friend. MBH grew up surrounded by heroes and was expected to follow his father GBH to be a leader of the next generation. However MBH began to resent others he saw as inferior like Smellyson move ahead of him in the pecking order.
MBH launched a coup trying to kill Ronald. He failed and went on the run, even for a time being a leader in the HCS. Although he was later captured he managed to avoid prison by turning to politics and intrigue. One plot to kill Ronald appeared to succeed and MBH became the new Emperor though Ronald's return meant that the two had to rule jointly. MBH soon tired of sharing power so tried to kill Ronald again, this time MBH was marooned into the far future.
MBH managed to find a way back but with Ronald introducing democracy MBH decided to try and take power legally (well more legally than assassination anyway), he has served as Consul and is now a senior member of the Senate. MBH is, with Ronald, one of the true leaders of the Republic and now appears to have accepted sharing the limelight with Ronald until The Anointed One retires. MBH, known as The Chosen One, for a time aimed to destroy the establishment but now has largely become the establishment.
MBH has unparalleled skills at intrigue and plotting. He lacks Ronald's megapowers but makes up with cunning and charisma and is highly dangerous. He largely has the SS under his control and the shadowy SS-CINT does his bidding and in the past has held tremendous influence over the Bolitic Emperor. MBH may run as Consul again soon but it will merely make his rule of the Dinos official. Very little happens in the Republic without the agreement of MBH and Ronald however MBH was unsuccessful in the 2112 Consul election.
In latter years MBH has come to an agreement with Ronald, he is now Emperor with Ronald acting as a counterweight to MBH's excesses. However, MBH appears to have matured to have become a (fairly) responsible leader.
Mackenzie

Mackenzie was head of Dino Land defence during the ABBO-Bolitic War but his competence came into question when he failed to stop the Zone attack.
Later he was made Dino ambassador to the UNP (2771).
Mad Medic

A deranged individual, who has also led DDS Medical Services for years. He is a skilled professional, just rather odd. He is Vice President (Biological Integrity) and Director of the DNA Screening Agency.
He also heads the NS Medical Research team in conjunction with NS Research.
Madok

Madok was the Argon ambassador to Starbot and K-2's link to Kira. When K-2 was overthrown Madok was escaped but was killed as a punishment for the failure of the plan.
He was one of Toko's siblings though that didn't stop Toko ordering his death!

Mignon is the head of a minor house. He is notable for his preference for the company of young males rather than war. Once Joshi, at the time impoverished and working for Mignon, was the target of Mignon's lusts.

Megara

Megara is infamous for one of humanity's greatest crimes when he switched the target DNA code during a DDS biogenic attack on the Rectoid homeworld, his actions resulted in billions of deaths. Not that that really bothered him so much.
Megara started life in the HCS as an agent in the secret service though later fell foul of the changes in the Clone Star Empire. Twice he has been killed along with his reluctant assistant Dick Nose but he has been restored from alternate realities by unknown factions.
Latterly he was an agent of a being from the future and is using the cover of being in the DDS. It was later discovered that his patron was a future Megara from an alternate reality who wanted to change history. Both Megaras were killed by 74Solar.

Moab, the even more radical brother of Moab who was killed by the DDS, is destined (in one version of the future timeline at least) to lead an ultra-fascist faction that takes over the Dino Republic. The DDS is eventually taken over with Moab assuming the mantle of DDS Commander. under his rule though the DDS is gradually destroyed until by the early 23rd century there is hardly anything left.
The Windy in that time period called for help from the Windy in the main timeline, who was able to kill Moab but then witnessed Moab's forces finally kill Windscorpion. Windy returned to his own timeline vowing to stop Moab before he could become a threat. Unfortunately he sent Team Redjec and they killed the wrong Moab. It might even be that the death of his older brother has made the younger Moab even more radical and fascist...

Moab was a vicious fascist who was killed by the DDS because it was thought that in the late 22nd century he leads a faction that eventually takes over the Dino Republic and forges a dark new empire that conquers and destroys the DDS. Unfortunately this isn't the right Moab and instead his younger brother is the Moab who will one day cause Windscorpion's death...
