Madok was the Argon ambassador to Starbot and K-2's link to Kira. When K-2 was overthrown Madok was escaped but was killed as a punishment for the failure of the plan.

He was one of Toko's siblings though that didn't stop Toko ordering his death!

Objector Xan commanded the fleet of Facilitator Toko, he was a battle hardened veteran. He was killed in the second battle of Aldebra when his ship was destroyed by the DDS.

The head of Toko's intelligence department Yern was thought to enjoy torture of prisoners a bit too much. It is thought he was killed during the DDS rescue of Kalifei though this has not yet been confirmed.

Toko

Toko is one of the few 7 Sa Sao leaders as yet known (Kira being another). He appears to command Argon forces near to the border with Starbot and DDS space. He is a good warrior, even holding his own against Windy on one time.

Despite Kira's dislike for Toko when he became Argon supreme leader he made Toko his chief operations officer.

Along with Toko Kira is one of the few Argon leaders known. Unlike the calculating and considered Toko Kira is a violent psycopath with anger management issues. He and Toko are great rivals and hate each other. Kira seems to hate everyone else for that matter.

Kira became the supreme Argon commander (Chief Facilitator) after the insanity and death of the previous incumbent.
