Dr Legbreak

Rakorik is one of Dr Slow's senior advisers, he heads the Tarbotian Empire's massive space fleet.

Stoya

Stoya is one of the top operatives in the Tarbot Army's Military Intelligence wing. However he was captured by Windy during a mission spying on the pirate army Windy was assembling. He died during the war between the Tarbotians and the pirates.

Rensar

Rensar led the Tarbotian fleet which faced (and lost to) Windy's pirate armada. In disgrace Rensar was relieved of command, only surviving due to his marriage to Dr Slow's favourite cousin. His current status is unknown though he is still in the military.

Slowmo

After the death of Dr Slow following the military defeat of the Tarbotians to the DDS/Dinos/Starbotians in the late 2090s the Tarbotian Empire entered a civil war, at the end of this the maniacal Governor Slowmo emerged as the new leader. The return of Dr Slow soon ended Slowmo's reign and Slowmo was himself ended in a waste compactor.

Rodan was a fleet commander in the Tarbot War in the late 2090s. He died during a battle with the DDS.

Cruxion

Cruxion was a semi-mythical robot from the earliest days of the Starbotians, assumed lost until S101 and K-1 rediscovered him... except that Cruxion wasn't really who he appeared to be. Over time the truth came out that he was a Tarbotian agent modified to look like the Starbotian hero. He helped Tarbot conquer Starbot for a time. S101 finally killed him in an epic showdown.

RC-16 was a Tarbotian agent who posed as a Starbotian to try and steal a new warship. He was stopped and killed before he could complete his mission.
