A tough veteran in the Dino Army, One-Horn also plotted to rule the empire himself. When Ronald stood down in favour of El Diablo One-Horn saw his chance to usurp Diablo. One-Horn proclaimed himself Emperor (his reign is not universally recognised) and declared war on the DDS. Ronald returned from retirement to end One-Horn's reign... and life.
Later MBH resurrected One-Horn as a drug-controlled near-zombie and used him for various operations against the Dinos though these did not amount to much and eventually One-Horn was left to finally die properly.
