The last remaining bionic superclone Delta has settled into the role of one of the senior commanders in the HCS. He was Captain Clone's HCS head and deputy though managed to stay independent of the regime (and thus survived Captain Clone's downfall). In the new Oojok regime he is now army chief (in essence a demotion though he has also been given governorship of Aquaworld to compensate).
