Oil Stop Boss is a senior figure on Starbot for a long time responsible for logistics, supply and energy. Although traditionally not one of the "Big 3" without him everything would literally have come to a stop.
Under the new K-2 regime he became the Interior Minister, the third most important post in Starbot's government and has kept his new role under S101.
