AP has been in the DDS for a long time but for years he was a nobody, often overlooked by senior figures who regarded him as competent but nothing more. AP began to resent his peers and with Vodaphone formed a secret pact to try and seize power behind the scenes. Ultimately their pact developed into the Hoods and they formed the henchmen of Rotarios.
Following the downfall of Rotarios AP managed to persuade Windy that he was more an opportunist more than anything else and he survived. However with the help of LPG he began to reform the Hoods and helped The Orchid become DDS Commander. AP then engineered her death so he could become DDS Commander himself. AP was a very dangerous and totally ruthless man but was finally bought down by Windy and killed in a massive explosion.
