Quarz, one of the wimpiest men in history, has also oddly been one of the most desired. Several men and women including Delicate Flower and Crystal Ribbon have lusted for his manly body and eventually Windy claimed him as his own. However Windy found the spoils rather disappointing and he ended the relationship.
Quarz was forced to return to active service and was been appointed head of Redjec's old team. He was put in charge of a Pentekonter. He was captured by the future Redjec and executed in front of Windy.
Quarz has been an aide to The Shiner (whom he had a crush on early on in his career) and a ship's captain (when he was subject to endless hatred and loathing from Redjec). Quarz has revealed that he joined the DDS while drunk on Babycham, after a glass of the potent booze he woke up the next day as a member of the DDS.
Quarz was born on Proxima 5 and his brother owns a sailing freighter on the planet as does his cousin Alex. At his aborted wedding to Crystal Ribbon his name was listed as Percy Lionel Quarz.
Windy bought a Quarz from an alternative universe back to this one though for a long time kept him under wraps. Recently he has made him a first officer on a warship.
