LPG is said to be a cousin of Windy though the actual relationship is unknown (though he is related to The Apogee Of Man). LPG is an odd little queen who has a liking for quirky weapons like oil sprays. LPG behind the scenes has some influence over the Hoods though this has not properly come to light and LPG was pretty low profile for a while.
In 2112 he has returned to the front line as Head of DDS Security and helped engineer AP's vicious power grab however he died when AP's regime collapsed.
