Fuzzy was a popular commander who rose through the ranks and probably would have been a contender for the highest office now but was killed in the ABBO-Bolitic War. Fuzzy was a fleet commander in the end but before that had served as the Dino's DDS Liaison Officer for a time and also been a ship commander in a number of high-profile actions.
Fuzzy was a keen cook though his food was an acquired taste (not that anyone ever acquired it), he was also keen on flirting with humans on dating sites though he was never sure if "chatting to birds" meant his girls were human or avian.
