Delicate Flower, a bizarre geek, was for some reason completely obsessed by Quarz whom he ruthlessly sought to make him his lover. Unfortunately for DF Windy was also interested in Quarz (for some reason). DF died unable to seal the deal though his twin sister Crystal Ribbon later on shared his obsession and did have more luck.
Delicate Flower, under all the weirdness, was a bit of a genius when it came to space combat and managed to save the day on a number of occasions.
