Terence was a junior minister in the Dino state and has been Cruggson's deputy for a long time. When Cruggson was nearly killed in a shooting Terence was made the temporary Science Minister until Cruggson recovered.
While under investigation for involvement in Cruggson's shooting (he was found not to be involved) his weakness for illegal gambling was discovered by the SS-CINT. Terence decided to resign and return to civilian life instead of accept a demotion.
