Remtal'Oki was an engineer who worked on Aritan TPMs but gambling debts saw his enter a downward spiral. He was rescued by the Bolitic Justini in return for repairing the broken TPMs he had procured for his plot to kill AP. Remtal was killed when the missiles failed to destroy the target.
