Bife was a Tribune in the Dino Army but had been sent to prison for corruption and fraud. He was released by Solax in return for him leading a mission into the Bolitic to kill the Baron Xotalo.
Later on he was discovered with his 2 colleagues hundreds of light years away from the Bolitic on a planet called Theta Omicron 435-6. He was killed by Ronald in a battle on the planet.
