Justini was a member of the House of Renal, the ex-house of Borca. He failed to take over the house after slipping on oil in a duel with Renal.
He plotted to start a war with the DDS by seizing TPM technology and using it to kill AP. He and his brother Kalidriano's plot failed and he was killed by Dodek.
