Moab, the even more radical brother of Moab who was killed by the DDS, is destined (in one version of the future timeline at least) to lead an ultra-fascist faction that takes over the Dino Republic. The DDS is eventually taken over with Moab assuming the mantle of DDS Commander. under his rule though the DDS is gradually destroyed until by the early 23rd century there is hardly anything left.
The Windy in that time period called for help from the Windy in the main timeline, who was able to kill Moab but then witnessed Moab's forces finally kill Windscorpion. Windy returned to his own timeline vowing to stop Moab before he could become a threat. Unfortunately he sent Team Redjec and they killed the wrong Moab. It might even be that the death of his older brother has made the younger Moab even more radical and fascist...
