Ecto III is one of the greatest of the Dino Empire's leaders. Under Ecto III's rule the Dinos began their technological revolution which culminated in first contact with the Starbotians and the first Dino steps into space. Ecto III ruled for 130 years dying in 1830 CE and was succeeded by the depraved Juliawaki. Ronald joined the Dino Army and spent most of his early career during Ecto's rule.
Spikeson is a Ecto III's great-grandson.
