Maowcla was a staff officer in the Dino Army general staff during the regime of One-Horn. After One-Horn's downfall he fell into disgrace though survived in the army however was demoted from Tribune. He was later seen in charge of a Dinomark DM86.
He was killed when DM86 was destroyed in an accident.
