Olameta was a member of the HCS Secret Services and a rival to Megara. Olameta went undercover in the DDS to get on the ship being sent to fight the Rectoids, unfortunately for him Megara (who was working for the ODS by then) was also on board and he killed Olameta to maintain his cover.
