The Utrek Federation was for much of its history led by the Velror class of triple-beings of whom Elinranin was the leader, and King of the Utrek. Following the disasterous First Utrek War with the Central Powers the majority Ital class overthrew the Velror. Eliranin and his fellow Velror were sent into retirement.
