Delramson is a cousin of Ronald, though is not noted for his vast intellect. He was sent to to work at the Dino embassy on a remote planet (Melaris 12) to keep him out of harms way. Unfortunately MBH engineered a terrorist attack on that embassy for his own evil purposes.
It seems Delramson remains on Melaris as recently Windy has referred to him still being at the embassy.
