74Solar was an agent of a rival to Megara's future sponsor. 74Solar on a few occasions tried to change the timeline though Megara has thwarted him.
Later on Megara linked up with 74Solar who claimed to represent a future DDS offshoot in the far future (post 25th century). 74Solar managed to thwart Megara's plans.
