Dr Slow has been the leader of the Tarbotians for millenia and has been a thorn in the side of the Local Group for decades. He tried to conquer the DDS, Dinos and HCS in the late 2090s but was defeated. It did appear he had been killed by S101 but he re-emerged some years later.
A very dangerous man possessing great military skill and drive but also a lust for power. He will one day try to conquer our heroes again.
