Vodaphone was a long time member of the DDS, returning after a hiatus to become one of the key architects of the New DDS Project. An expert in communications he helped keep the DDS on-message, created the Hoods with AP and helped bring about the Rotarios regime.

He died in the Second Utrek War when his ship mysteriously exploded above Zoneland...
