Dr Fast was always Dr Slow's right hand man, until Dr Slow led the Tarbotians into a war with the DDS, Dinos and Starbotians in the late 2090s which seemed unwinnable. Dr Fast finally usurped Dr Slow but was undone by Mortimer who remained loyal to his master and helped Dr Slow escape custody. Dr Slow then turned the tables on Fast and killed him.
