A very experienced army commander with the UNP Zeppelin was bought in to help the DDS re-establish a land arm. He soon headed the DDS' land and air forces. He has a rather cynical view of the other arms in the DDS and their ability to shoot straight.
Under Knobhead he was been promoted to a new role which commanded all of the DDS armed forces (except NSIS). In the MBO-NS regime he has retained his position.
