Tsunami has been in the DDS for a long time and for most of that time he has been the assistant of The Shiner. Tsunami has a low reputation for intelligence though is loyal and basically honest. Windy used to delight in tormenting him including one memorable attack when he dropped a large weight on Tsunami thus turning him into a giant coin.
He was killed by Boxman when he turned against MBO-NS.
