Sleeze has been at Oojok's side since the earliest days (when they used to bully their classmates at school for their dinner money), at Oojok's side Sleeze has always remained and has served as his deputy during his reigns as Emperor of the Clones.
Sleeze is regarded as the power behind the throne, he runs the Oojok Death Squad for Oojok and various private intelligence agencies, which has made him unpopular with factions in the HCS. When Oojok once vanished for a time Sleeze was officially the replacement though was quickly usurped by a Clone until Oojok's return.
He also officially commands the HCS Reserve though in practice a HCS Field Marshal does this for him.
