The Onion is the cousin of Redjec (though he was orphaned as a child and bought up along with Redjec). He is a man of average skills who has taken advantage of his relative's high status in the AP Regime and replaced Redjec as head of DDS Security when Redjec became City Commander.
Given power he showed a taste for sadism previously unknown. However he was found to be lacking in the role and was later moved to becoming Redjec's deputy. He gained immunity from the AP regime's crimes because of Redjec's confession though he is currently without a role in the DDS following the demise of DDS Security.
