XE has been the spiritual leader of the church of Oojok for decades and it is lucky that he was the Clone who first met Oojok when he crash landed on Cloneworld. XE was the rabble rouser, helping facilitate the fanatical HCS army that finally defeated the DDS in the 1st Clone War. As the wars continued and the HCS became more professional though XE's influence began to wane.
XE was put under sentence of death by Windy after XE kidnapped and killed Windy's boyfriend Ralphie. XE faked his death and re-emerged by taking the identity of another cleric called Akiwaki, XE disposed of the real Akiwaki ruthlessly. Despite being a man of the cloth XE is cold and calculating and will do anything to protect his position.
When Captain Clone usurped Oojok and tried to destroy the church Akiwaki/XE escaped capture and formed the Sword Of Truth resistance cell. Finally with MBH and SS-CINT's help Akiwaki/XE was able to restore Oojok and dispose of Captain Clone. XE was able to regain his old identity by pretending that his rival The Friar was XE and Windy thus kindly removed him for him. Akiwaki then restored his XE identity under the pretense of being a fake XE (when infact he was the real one). It fooled Windy anyway.
